Introducing Invera — a new name, the same commitment

21 April 2026 — Today, Invera AS is established as an independent software company for critical infrastructure. The Gemini products you know continue unchanged — what is new is the name of the company behind them.

For more than forty years, the software now known as the Gemini product family has been used daily by municipalities, water utilities, and contractors across Norway and Sweden. The tools have evolved, the team has grown, and the customer relationships have deepened. The company has had several names along the way. From today, it has one more: Invera.

Invera is a focused, independent software company with a single purpose: to develop and deliver software for critical infrastructure. With over 1,000 customers and approximately 115 employees, Invera AS launches today as the market leader in infrastructure software in Norway, operating across two divisions — Invera Water and Invera Construction.

For existing customers, nothing changes in practice. All agreements, products, support arrangements and contact persons remain in place. The Gemini product family continues to be developed and maintained as a central part of Invera. The only things that change are the company name and visual identity.
